Goodfynd Referral Program Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility

This Program is open to active Goodfynd vendors in good standing ("Referring Vendor"). The referred individual ("Referred Vendor") must be a new vendor who has not previously signed up for or used Goodfynd services.

2. How the Program Works

Referring Vendors can initiate a referral by logging into their Referral Dashboard on Goodfynd.
The Referring Vendor must enter the Referred Vendor's name, email, phone number, and truck name.
Goodfynd will then send an invitation email to the Referred Vendor. This referral will be logged and tracked by Goodfynd.
The Referred Vendor must sign up for Goodfynd through the invitation.

• Referring Vendors can initiate a referral by logging into their Referral Dashboard on Goodfynd.
• The Referring Vendor must enter the Referred Vendor's name, email, phone number, and truck name.
• Goodfynd will then send an invitation email to the Referred Vendor. This referral will be logged and tracked by Goodfynd.
• The Referred Vendor must sign up for Goodfynd through the invitation.
• Once the Referred Vendor completes their free trial and pays their first invoice, the Referring Vendor will receive one free month of service.
• The free month is applied to the Referring Vendor's next invoice and covers their full bill, including any active upgrades such as the Pro Plan and KDS.

3. Rewards and Bonus Incentive

• Referring Vendors earn one free month for each successful referral.
• Upon reaching seven (7) successful referrals, the Referring Vendor will receive an additional five (5) free months, resulting in a total of twelve (12) free months.
• Free months are automatically applied to future invoices and are non-transferable and non-redeemable for cash.

4. Who Can Access the Personal Data We Collect?

• A referral is valid for seven (7) days. If the Referred Vendor does not sign up within this period, a new referral submission will be required.
• In case of duplicate referrals, the Referring Vendor whose referral was received first (according to Goodfynd's records) will receive the credit.

5. Restrictions

• Self-referrals are not permitted.
• Referrals must be legitimate. Any suspicious, fraudulent, or automated activity may result in disqualification.
• Goodfynd reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Referral Program at any time without prior notice.

• "One month free" means a full waiver of that month's invoice, including all active service subscriptions and upgrades.
• "One year free" refers to seven months earned from referrals plus five bonus months, totaling twelve (12) consecutive free billing months.
• For vendors on annual plans, the credit is calculated as the total annual fee divided by 12. The monthly credit will be applied toward the vendor's next annual renewal.
